Before applying for State Manager/District Manager, you must note that your role is mainly related to marketing and coordination with concerned team members. Therefore, you must have appropriate qualification/aptitude/skill for marketing goods and services. It is mandatory for successfully accomplishing your responsibilities. In case the selected candidate does not perform well to the satisfaction of the system, they may be replaced from among other applicants of same state/district. A State Manager must be residing in the same State capital town/city and District Manger should be residing in the District Town.
