These Shipping & Delivery provisions (the “Shipping Terms”) form an integral part of the Terms & Conditions governing your use of the SSEG Discount Shop platform (the “Platform”). By placing an Order, you (“User”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Shipping Terms. Any capitalized terms not defined herein have the meaning given in the main Terms & Conditions.
6.1 Order Processing
- Payment Confirmation: Orders will not be processed until full payment has been authorized and captured.
- Processing Period: We aim to process all Orders within one (1) to two (2) business days from the date of payment confirmation. “Business days” exclude weekends and statutory Indian holidays.
- Order Modification & Cancellation: Any request to modify or cancel an Order must be submitted in writing to our support team within the processing period. Once shipped, an Order cannot be cancelled.
6.2 Carriers & Routing
- Approved Carriers: We ship via reputable carriers including Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post. Carrier selection is at our discretion unless otherwise specified at checkout.
- Routing & Consolidation: We may consolidate multiple items into a single package where feasible. Routing is subject to carrier availability and network constraints.
- Third‑Party Terms: Your use of any carrier’s services is governed by the carrier’s own terms, conditions and liability limits.
6.3 Delivery Timeframes
Delivery estimates begin from the date the Order is shipped and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs delays, weather events, and carrier disruptions.

- Metro Areas: 2–4 business days
- Non‑Metro & Rural: 4–7 business days

- 10–15 business days, subject to customs clearance and import regulations.
- Import duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the User unless otherwise agreed.
6.4 Shipping Charges & Free Delivery
- Calculation: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected delivery speed.
- Free Shipping: We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic Orders over ₹1,499. Free shipping promotions may be subject to geographic and product eligibility.
- Additional Fees: Any surcharges imposed by carriers (e.g., remote-area delivery fees) will be passed through to the User.
6.5 Tracking & Notifications
- Shipment Tracking: Once an Order ships, we provide a tracking number via email/SMS. Users may check live status through the carrier’s website.
- Milestone Alerts: Notifications are sent for “Dispatched,” “In‑Transit,” “Out for Delivery,” and “Delivered” events.
- Delayed Delivery: If a delivery milestone is not updated within the estimated timeframe, Users should notify support within seven (7) days for investigation.
6.6 Loss, Damage & Claims
- Inspection: Users must inspect packages upon receipt. Any visible damage must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt and reported to support within .
- Lost Shipments: If tracking shows “Delivered” but the User has not received the package, the User must contact support within seven (7) days. We will file a claim with the carrier and endeavor to reship or refund.
- Carrier Liability: Our liability for loss or damage in transit is limited to the carrier’s maximum allowance. We recommend Users purchase additional insurance for high‑value items.
6.7 Force Majeure & Delays
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in shipment or delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, pandemics, or carrier disruptions. In such event, delivery estimates will be extended accordingly, and we will notify Users of any material shipping delays.
6.8 Governing Law
These Shipping Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under or in connection with shipment or delivery shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
