Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to SSEG Discount Shop, the website and services.
• "User" means any individual or entity who registers, browses, or purchases on the Platform.
• "Vendor" means any third-party seller authorized to list and sell products via the Platform.
• "Products" means goods and items listed for sale by Vendors.
• "Order" means the User’s express request to purchase Products via the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, all applicable laws, and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the Platform.

3. Account Registration

1. Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
2. Users are responsible for safeguarding their password and account security.
3. Account Transfer: You may not transfer or assign your account without our prior consent.

4. Vendor Obligations

• Vendors must maintain accurate product listings, including descriptions, prices, and images.
• Vendors shall fulfill orders within the stipulated time and provide shipment tracking.
• Prohibited Items: Vendors shall not list illegal, counterfeit, or otherwise prohibited items.
• Taxes: Vendors are responsible for calculating and remitting applicable taxes.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in INR unless otherwise stated. We use secure payment gateways such as Razorpay and PayPal. Payments are captured at the time of order placement.

• Order Confirmation: Payment authorization confirms the Order.
• Refunds: Processed as per our Returns & Refunds policy.
• Commission & Fees: We charge a commission on each sale and may deduct fees before remitting funds to Vendors.

6. Orders & Delivery

Once an Order is placed, Vendors must confirm within 24 hours and ship within the next 3 business days. Users receive email/SMS notifications on status changes.

• Delivery Timeframes: Vary by Vendor location; estimated at checkout.
• Shipping Rates: Calculated based on weight and destination.
• Delayed Delivery: Users may cancel Orders if delayed beyond 7 days past the estimated date.

7. Returns & Refunds

Users may request returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to Vendor approval. Conditions apply:

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.
• Return Shipping: Paid by User, unless due to Vendor error.
• Processing Time: Refunds issued within 5–10 business days after receipt.

8. User Conduct

1. Users shall not post offensive, harmful, or illegal content in reviews or communications.
2. Users agree not to manipulate reviews or ratings.
3. Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by SSEG Discount Shop or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Disclaimers & Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We disclaim all implied warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific Order.

11. Indemnification

Users and Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless SSEG Discount Shop from any claims arising out of their use or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved via arbitration in Delhi, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, illegal activity, or inactivity. Upon termination, rights granted to you will cease.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or internet failures.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notification. Continued use implies acceptance.
